20MB ist really big... Maybe some minor bugfixes additionally to removing the picture from the real dead body ingame.

Maybe they fixed localizations? But I think they are downloaded from the game itself though. Probably that one bug with agents, where they supposed to be dead.

It was to delete the photo of the murdered Russian Ambasador.

Just try to update your language in setting. That's worked for Russian.
