"When do choices matter?"
To people who ♥♥♥♥♥ about Telltale game's choice feature, it doesn't say your choices will effect the entire story, it says "This game series adapts to the choices you make. The story is tailored by how you play."

If you order for a suit to be tailored to your liking, in the end it'll still be a suit. It's not like Until Dawn or something. Telltale gives you the option to build your character the way you want to and in turn, the story around you adapts to your character. If you come off as a monstrous Batman who brutalizes thugs almost to the point of death, Gotham will react to that and not like you. If you are a Batman who uses intimidation rather than violence, Gotham will respect you. Simple as that. Telltale is telling a story with YOU as the main character and what YOU chose to be reflects in game. The game and story adapts to the character you build, it doesn't change the main story.

It smells sarcasm tho.

On the topic, yes, it adapts to my choices, but I hope this time it'd also adapt to my sexual desires!

Choices matter when they make you think about things in a different way, and confront something about yourself. When a choice reveals who you are, or who you would want to be, they matter.
No. Your choices are utterly irrelevant in telltale games. They effect a few lines of dialgoue. They never change the game's path in the slightest fashion.

Just stop it.
I mean really, it's like Telltale makes new acocunts, buys a few games, and then has those accounts post this nonsense.

OWN WHAT YOU CREATE.

They're movies or motion comics. They aren;t games and your choices don't matter. They're like Visual Novels... except uhh.. in VNs your choices usually matter.

In WOlf Amongst Us choices did matter. Please refrain from blind defaming if you consider yourself a proper human being.

There are many scenes in Telltale games which change entirely based on your choices. What you say is simply not true

I like to think of telltale games as choose your own adventure novels
If choices would really matter, would you be willing to spend 200 $ on the game series then? Because there is no doubt you can easily go for 20, 30 or 50 game hours for all the twists and plots, of course the real playtime would never reach that amount but the effort it takes to make it equals making a game lasting for so long. People seem to want something like this:

"Breath? - Yes - No - Maybe - Again Please

LMFAO.
It doesn't matter whether the choices have an effect on the game or not, telltale games are about the story, if you like that you like the game.

Please name a few?
Nono of them really mattered.
You can save secondary characters like prince but they will not impact story apart from few lines of dialogue. And thats it, All other choices grant you slightly altered scene leading to same result.

I can name a lot,
Want just one? Age of Decadance, Depending on your stats and choices you have compleatly different plotlines and endings, Playing as a Merchant would have little in common with playing as a loremaster,
That's called branching, not choices.
