Troubleshooting

DirectX Issues

If you are having trouble with DirectX.
Make sure DirectX 11 is installed https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113
Please make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card and that your card supports DirectX 10.1.

Game loads and goes through openning, but when menu to play game comes up, I get a "fatal error" box. It will not run any further.

What version are you plaing on? What is your PC spec?

I can't even get to the main menu, it crashes during the opening logos with the same "fatal error" message.

Specs:

CPU: FX 8350 4.0 ghz (no overclock)
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB with newest video drivers (417.35)
RAM: 16 GB
Windows 10 (all drivers, updates, etc are current)

This is the second time I've bought this game (already refunded it once), and I'm ready to get a refund again. Since I just bought it today, it is whatever the latest patch is. I also verified the integrity of the game cache, still crashes. I have also deleted the local saved data, still crashes.

The first time I bought this game (last month) I was able to explore RAF Northolt unti it blue-screened when talking to the mechanic for the first time. After that, every single time I try to launch the game results in a fatal error (I have never gotten to try a flying mission yet). This is why I have some achievements/trading cards unlocked.

Is there any more information you need? I want to give your game another chance but it literally will not let me play it.

Try to delete you save files maybe they are corupted?

Try to delete you save files maybe they are corupted?

Thank you but I already tried that before. I just tried it again and it still did not help.
