Spintires DLC maps in Mudrunner?
Hello everyone, is there any way to play spintires maps in mudrunner? Since I have seen people porting some spintires maps and trucks to mudrunner via steam workshop after spintires got removed from sale. So are there any spintires DLC maps on the workshop maybe? Thanks.

Thanks, but are there any DLC maps such as china villiage or the aftermath etc?

Oh, expansion (DLC)? I don't know.

Some of the Spintires maps are already in Mudrunner.
China was the last DLC released just before the legal debacle that took Spintires down for good. I doubt any moders took the time to port the China DLC or others Spintires DLC to Mudrunner.
I believe copyright limitation might have been the issue why these DLC were never ported.
Hm, could be a possibility that copyrights are stoping the ports. Maybe it's also to do something that it's harder to port maps than trucks? Since there are truck ports from spintires, even from snowrunner.

@mud, no they are not DLC maps, rather stock content. I missunderstood OP question.

The two games use the same game engine so wouldn't be much different to port the maps but still rely solely to the modders choice.
In any case you can check this resource out:

it is just the matter of the maps being converted from st to mr, but now we get into touchy territory if it is not the original creator.

Interesting, but third party mod websites are risky tho.
For other SpinTires DLCs, I don't know if anyone ported them over to MudRunner, haven't looked it up myself. However, in case you specifically want the China Adventure DLC maps, then here it is: https://www.mudrunnermods.com/chinese-village-and-canyon-map-v1/

And regarding 3rd-party mod sites, MudRunner Mods (the site I gave the URL) and STMods (stmods.org) are OK to use, I've used both, a lot of times. Especially STMods, there are stuff that you can only find over there, and nearly nowhere else. Just keep in mind that the site DOES NOT support English, so navigating it might be inconvenient.

Nice finding & resources - the community at large is awesome, great to see after all these years game content still going strong :spintires_star::lunar2020confidentrooster:
Both MudRunner AND SpinTires are still going strong, especially within the Russians, or Eastern Europeans communities in general. Well, the first 2 games use the same engine, and SnowRunner handles vehicles and add-ons the same way anyway, so there are a lot of porting between the 2 sides. And above all, they're still good games with good replayability and overall excellent mod support, so it's natural that new contents are still being made.

Understood, maybe those third party websites aren't that dangerous as I thought, I wish I had spintires and knew how map modding works and have time for it so I could port the maps by myself. Anyway, thanks for the china DLC maps, I'll check them out whenever I can.
Update:

It works perfectly, the maps look spectacular! Big thank you guys! Here are the truck mods I would advise playing with the map:

And for the other DLC maps, well... I'll have to look harder, improvise or just forget about playing them...
Anyway, thanks again, I appreciate it!:MUDslippery:
