With a little more information it'd be much easier to understand the problem... but maybe you can find the solution in the guide I offer? Here I also explained several things about SpintiresMod and the requirements.
From your other thread I also only understand that you really need SpintiresMod, not the problem itself clearly.
If the game ignores SpintiresMod, maybe it's because of how the game is started? Steam should be logged in so that DLCs are also recognized, but MudRunner is then started via SpintiresMod and not via Play button within Steam.
If the game starts but aborts with an error message, it's most likely due to missing runtime environments, which must be installed.
An admin account is not required for SpintiresMod.
If there is a solution to your problem that is not described in the guide, I will be happy to include it in the guide as well :)
Have you scanned these forums for similar topics? Like this one for example: https://steamcommunity.com/app/675010/discussions/0/5738190785828028953/
It also comes to my mind it's maybe because of an (too) old version. Uninstalling SpintiresMod doesn't delete all installed/created files, but in my guide I've also explained version conflicts and how to completely uninstall SpintiresMod to do a clear reinstallation.
