Game keeps crashing

I got the 'mudrunner has crashed" message mid game and whenever I open the game. The game will crash at the main menu. Cant click or do anything.

Have you tried directly running the game from the .exe

same even when ran from the .exe game is crashing a lot!!

Same, has happened twice after about 30-45 mins of game play.

What are your specs?

You need to disable cross play in game config file. Crossplay update causes crashes.

I don't think this is much of a problem solver but me and my friend had the same problem and we dissabled crossplay and it works great now...even with mods the game runs perfectly

Guys the solution was simple and easy If you bought a game in Steam then you need to play only on Steam servers How to do this going into the game you need to go to the settings and in the lower right corner uncheck the cross platform game and then the rooms will only create games from Steam servers and play for fun If the game was bought in Epic then perhaps the same thing But the thing is that Epic and Steam connected the servers to gain people and increase sales but did not finish it All

i bought this game for uber cheap around 3dollars and got for free on epic launcher so cross play not needed for me.. just its nice to have

i have this problem y fix it:
go to "C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\SpinTires MudRunner" open a file config with a text editor and change in line "CrossplayEnabled=" true to false.

Well,.. Whats a point if i disable crossplay,... cp. is the only reason i came back, more ppl.. without cp. no one plays it without some childish mods

Im also having this issue. When i load in after playing it days earlier (my pc get shut down every night) It loads into the lvl & erea i left off on & crashes skipping the main menu & then crashes every time i try to open it. I reinstall it & nothing changes after playing it.
