at least that is how you play stock maps. sadly most mod maps are terribly boring too, i feel all the good map makers burn out on spintires. The old mod maps and mud are so much better sadly.
in no particular order; you should get all of them on Spintires.nl
- Blackwater maps, several; like Canyon or Mojave Green or El Bosque Bravo, all brutal log maps(can also trail on them i guess).
- Oxbow/Newoxbow
- Tunguska Crater
- Wheer Dite
- DPI maps(Dexter Paris) are high quality but not so difficult.
- TATA maps are said to be very good, but i never try them.
- Montagne Di Trento
- Biverrig
- Schlammspiringer´s P9 maps
- The Plateau, Its very old, gamey, and brutal.
- I enjoy Sandy Coast back in the day, maybe not so difficult but nice.
- Prostokvashino1
my 2 maps; both difficult log maps. I made Styx map when i had about 1000 hour in Spintires, so i build in "some" difficulty ;)
- Styx_Stock
-Wilderness
Me and Schlammi doing balancing test work on Styx map, good times, should be hard for stock truck but not impossible. All my maps balanced for stock trucks.

This is just a smal selection from the top of my head, there are more great maps for Spintires.
All this maps i would rate better than any map i played in Mudrunner so far, sadly.
I do not deny that there are good Mudrunner maps, but in 150+ hours i have not found any, at least not the way i am used to from old Spintires.
If you try some of these maps, enjoy mate. And if you know some mudrunner map that is worth it to play, dont be shy give me the name ;)
Player feedback, if negative, was about the bridges, but i say they are too weak, they need more hours :D Players with many hours enjoyed the map.
Anyways, enjoy...
