mud runners did not bring toomany new things but some of it was quality of life. besides this is more of a wishfull thinking list nothing wrong with asking besides if a dev member see's this they might try to ad a thing or two.
we did the same thing over year's with farmsim and now many of those features are in the game.
And still you whine on about mirrors.......in post after post.
Again, for your 'blindness'..

They put FPV in GTAV and no working mirrors, they drive externally

Mirrors are always very tricky in video games, there are a lot of technical limitations and its not worth the time for a video game to develop. Rockstar did a lot with this video game, practically detailing every single car. Mirrors I am not surprised at all that they didnt include and I am not upset by it in the slightest. GTA V did amazing things with graphics and has a budgjet most studios would dream of.

On Topic,
I would like rock falls that need cleared (enough signs in the AW map but NO rocks blocking anything) or scripted trains that can be loaded (imagining it going to a mill) scripted off the map -instead of lumber drop objectives.
Proper Cranes/flatbeds for recovering vehicles that topple -do away with garage recovery teleport. Load then drive them to repair trailers/vehicles but not to garages.
Harvester to fell and pile logs for a forwarder to then collect (which we have now in the AW content)
Def more winch points and more realitic power to drag trucks over or properly onto flatbed for recovery. And the use of several winches at once -instead of one.
I like the OP mention of;
#7: can winch pull logs (make them weight alot when being towed like this so this is not used as a main way to pull logs) i want this so we can pull them out of tight places after logs fall off trucks
There's an exact mod in FS18 that enables that! I use it.
Actually the previous original SpinTires did have track support, I had dowloaded a few Half-Track Truck mods that worked fine in game. Also, I'd stop whinning and be grateful that SpinTires is actually still alive. There was a point where the game looked like it would never return, so be grateful for what you get.
Back on topic:
I do agree with many points that you have in this list and now that SpinTires is being developed by a stable company there is always a slight hope that our prayers will be answered. I had recently made a discussion about the lack of diveristy in the vehicles in the new AW update.

Seeing that SpinTires had actaully acquired licensing from GM, Ford, Western Star etc. means they do have some sort of vault full of cash (licenses don't come cheap). So that's why I find the vehicles in my list could be included maybe sometime in the future.
-I do like the idea of more cargo types and different types of missions as you stated like bridge building, refuelling factories, maybe even a quarry.
-I also like point #4 about more trucks, although we fall under the issue of licensing again, it shouldn't be too hard to gain them especially from unknown brands such as Brockway, and Diamond T. Also getting some regular trucks in from GMC, Mack and a ton of other oddball truck manufacturers like Magirus-Deutz, Borgward, Krupp etc.
-I also like your idea of "skidding" which is the action of pulling along logs behind a loader up to the loading zone. Proper term is skidding lol.
-Track support is another good point which would help achieve your "more types of missions" point as it would allow the implementation of Bulldozers, Excavators etc. This was implemented as a Beta in the old Spintires but only stuck around for a short while, as I stated above I had a few Half-Track Truck mods that worked well.
-Real Logger mode I like and I find that should be the new Hardcore Mode as I know myself and a ton of other true players would like to be able to spend a couple of days on a single map trying to complete it. its much more rewarding afterwards as well.
-Snow maps would also be cool especially in AW and the regular ST which happens in the Northern Russian forests. Adding a few snow maps would really fit the game along with its own list of challenges. Some challenges may be that you have to search and pull lumber from thick layers of snow that have fallen on top of it. Less traction on paved roads due to ice. I also have a very awesome idea is ice river crossing, crossing a frozen river with a load of lumber slowly making sure the ice won't give way. (Got the idea from Ice Road Truckers lol)
-Finally wheel changing and chained wheels I think should have been brought over from the previous ST. It was there all they had to do was switch it over, maybe in a future update.
-Also what would be cool is if you could pick more than just 2 startup trucks.
Yes, we know and understand that that is not possible in MR. If you have been around any time at all, you will know that cabin view was patched in. So mirrors don't work becuase they were never part of the design. I'm not dumping on devs for that, but I do think that it's not worth putting in a feature like that unless you're going to go all the way and complete it.
Personally, it think in MR1 as it's not technically/feasibly possible SI should take out FPV altogether and replace it with hood- and wheel-cams which was actually the default back in ST1, and common in driving sims. Also technically trivial to implement, you just assign camera XYZ keypoints around the truck centrepoint. There's at least one truck mod which has this already, so it's relatively easy:

However this post is about MR2 which will be an entirely new engine, with new capabilities. Also, it's pretty silly to say that it's impossible. Farming simulator does it exceptionally well, trucking sims do it, so do racing sims, why not Mudrunner? Why have official achievements that rely on FPV when you can't see behind you properly, which is critical in this game?
Finally, Pavel and the team have heard all of this before, and know that working mirrors are one of the top requests for this game. I am sure that it is on the roadmap for MR2.

I'll leave you with this teaser, they are thinking about these sorts of things all the time and how best to achieve goals from a technical standpoint.

I also knew about the Q&A that Focus put up about mirrors away back, but I honestly believed they were caught between a rock and a hard place. They were pitching taking over the mess of ST and trying to keep what they thought you could do with what they weren't sure if they could! Hence the proper cab view and no mirrors. As I said, GTAV didn't have working mirrors - for a reason. MR didn't because it's 'technically challenging' as the lead said. It's an old engine with a long history. People already moan about performance with its current state. Like ETS2 it's a DX9 limite and therefore maps will stay the same unless as you put up lastly, they move to a modern DX11 engine. ETS2 will be moving to DX11 next year.
As has been said, Focus inherited the good and the bad with Oovee and the winding up of folks on the steam and Oovee forums left by false promises and bad taste. I like what they have done with MR. I was one of their fiercest critics! Couldn't possibly believe that they had made a working cockpit or proper Xbox controls.....nope, that was me. And I never bought MR until it dropped to a silly price, plus the 50% off. All because the 'bad taste' Oovee left me with. Psychology of modern wars between gamer and dev. I honestly said "I'll buy it because it's the price of a coffee, like it or not I'll forget about it in a day if I don't" This is the battle daily. I loved it to death, but that's my 'honeymoon' over and I want NEW features for MR2. So on with the show..
Compare that to what we have now with a booming workshop, growing community, DLC releases, postive media articles everywhere... Mudrunner is going places, going strong like a MAZ-535. :P
So yeah, I didn't buy Wilds, but here's to Mudrunner 2 with a new engine and I'm totally in when
When you zoom in on the driver you should be able to see his x-ray with fluid sloshing around so you can see how full his bladder is.
