Why is my progress RESET!!!!

I don't play this game for campaigns or to save. Just play it as a fun sandbox game with mods and you'll be much happier.

Hi. According to the players, this problem could arise due to the use of SpintiresMod during the game update.

Take my progress file and put it in the profile folder (C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SpinTires MudRunner) - then you do not need to unlock all maps again.

Remove empty space after "drive."

If Spintiresmod broke your game because of new update:
1.Click the spintiresmod executable (start it)
2.Click "game settings"
3.Open the "media paths" part,click once on where you keep your Steam/steamapps/common/Mudrunner thing,and click "Delete Path".
4.click apply,then ok
5.start per steam
If you experience a technical error and have Spintiresmod,please remove Spintiresmod first,and try to replicate the bug.

REMEMBER: MODS CAN GO WRONG.

so im not a dev,but i used spintiresmod,and i found out stuff like this by playing with it not in the way you should.I dont use it since the new update.

i went there and didn't see the save game file anywhere, just a list of a bunch of files

It's not savefile - it's file with game progress.

i deceided screw it, edited away the mazzy's log points from 2 to 0, and am speed running the maps with it and the oshkosh huntsman with onboard 4pt capacity and a 4pt trailor. i enjoy playing the old maps anyway, so why not. right? then once i have 2 maps cleared, nbd if the mazzy gets updated bc i have the log points (progression pts)

i found this online it's a UserProfile for vehicle and map unlocks

it didn't work until i loaded spintires straight, ie, via steam and not spintiresmod. weird. :)
