How to get the long log cart to actually fold down?
Playing in CoOp and both of our trucks long log cart doesn't unfold (unpack) all the way - which is normal. We did what we typically did in Spintires. Drive/Reverse far back, unpack, and drive forward which straightens it enough.

But with Mudrunners even wrinching the butt back and driving forward it does nothing. How did you guys do it?

Even tried this on the highway/road surface. WTF

Worked for me yesterday in single player. I just had to pull forward as normal.

Which truck? I finally googled and seems to be truck specific.

I think I was in the 255.

Had the same bug yesterday.., used the crane to push it down on the "joint" on trailer.., but even that didn't levelled it.
Just loaded 2 logs and it worked.

I had the same issue. As its unfolding, I drive forward and it straightened out.

Which I said I normally do, liek in OG spintires. Winching the butt and driving opposite way did not help the the 260.

Read please next time. I tried it with the 255 (because earlier person said it worked) and it works.

Then I tried it with the 260 same map and location, doesn't work.

So truck specific =p

Yes, reading is good. You should try it. Again, I am saying I had this issue and I stated how I got past it. I no longer have this issue with the 255 or the 260. As such, I am unaware of a solution to give you for said problem.

Try winching the back end to a tree or another player to extend it.

Maybe another player. I tried the tree.

To other dude: I will have to upload the video to show you that it works for me in CoOp with the 255, but not the 260.

But believe what you want I guess as I don't really take your word on it especially since there is a few posts about the 260. One even in technical support.

It can be glitching. Recently I had problem with that trailer. It had cramp and was bend no matter what I did. But I loaded 2 logs anyway and drove to flat road and there I was able to fill the trailer and that bend/cramp was gone. Hope they will fix that.
I reported it on official forum.

I'm not doubting you in the least and have offered my suggestions on fixing your problems. I am not trying to be argumentative but this is how it is. I had the same issue, I overcame the issue, I am happily hauling long logs. I'm not sure what part of that you arn't getting.
