How do I get a progression point?

I just beat 2 lvls and it keeps saying I need one progression point to unlock a vehicle. What do i need to do?

You complete objectives on the maps like unlocking trucks, unlocking all the garages, and clearing all the watchpoints then fill the lumber mills to beat the map. Once you do those in a game it will give you more progression points. 100% everything essentially...

but ive done this. 100% on hardcore 3 maps. and it always says need one more point. dont get it.

That would be a bug sir. I think it needs some more work as there are still bugs after release. I know they have a better publisher now (one that won't just take the money and run and lock the developer from updating his own game) so they will definitely fix and improve the game. Also, i think if I remember right, its either a one man developer or a really small team so give it some time.

Challenge levels are easy

Ive completed 3 maps now, all challenges done, yet i cant unlock any vehicles either, keeps saying i need more points, yet ive not unlocked anything vehicles yet

You get progression points by completing the six maps. You get one for each map. You do not "buy" trucks, they are unlocked when you have the right amount of points. For example the E-**** (cant remember the numbers) do not unlock until you've done all maps as you can not "save" points. Hope this makes sense.

Im not refering to the challenge maps but the 6 maps in single player. The point, taking a guess here, is that with the two, three last trucks K-700, D-****, E-**** the game becomes very easy. When they are unlocked you can pretty much one-shot maps for achivements if thats your thing or just play "The mushrooms worst nightmare" which is my favorite past-time.

i was on about the challenges on the single player maps

Are you sure they are not unlocked. If you hover over them the padlock disappear if you have the sufficient points. You should have three points.
