First map: Accidentally spilled a load within 10m of the destination, twice.

Second map: Accidentally dropped a load instead of offloading it, after going across the map

10/10 this game makes me actively suicidal.

I get the attraction of SnowRunner, it first caught my eye looking into these kind of games. Instead, I went with Mudrunner. Comparing both, based on videos on YouTube, MudRunner is the clear front runner of the two games for me. With the best physics/realism and with easy access to the steam workshop, to get some great mods and maps!
The graphics still hold up and look good for its age.
Snowrunner, sure it has better graphics but plays and drives like arcade game. The loads and vehicles have zero weight. It didn't convince me. While the attraction is indeed that there is more stuff to do and with all the dlc (that comes with bigger costs), will give you lots more playtime. SR is a progression based gameplay, do stuff to get more levels and equipment etc.

Mudrunner is a more honest mud simulation game, install the setup you need and drive. MudRunner can be completed in under 40 - 50 hours. For the small price it is now, is pretty much a complete package. If you can live with it being logs and nothing but logs (sure you will have to rescue some of your vehicles transporting repair and fuel cargo). The mods in Steam Workshop will take this game further in your enjoyment and are a must in my eyes! Just click on subscribe and play them in game. Logging, rock crawling and trail maps are my favorites. The last two are just pure enjoyment of riding.

+ Has good graphical features; Mud sticks to your tires, water looks realistic, trailer hookups and wires, flowers that glow in the night, black smoke.
+ Feeling the weight of your truck while driving, crossing rivers.
+ Truck sounds are very well made, also frogs and criquets at nighttime.
+ It runs smooth, even with all the mods installed (so far).
+ Autosave when quitting, starts where you left off.
+ 6 maps + 5 DLC maps. 9 challenges to complete! After that, many many Mods to find in the Steam Workshop!
+ It provides a slow paced challenge.

- It provides a slow paced challenge (it's not for everyone).
- Hardcore mode may be more brutal. Found vehicles be either totally damaged, completely out of fuel, or both. Luckily mod makers thought of this, to bring it in their maps.

A small tip: Using the crane makes it faster to complete, a one way drive if you don't lose the logs.
