Pink Screen on Launch

When I start the game up it is just a bright pink screen for a while then music starts playing alongside the pink screen and I can’t do anything further.

I’ve reinstalled the game, verified the game cache, updated everything, forced DirectX to run and none of it fixes the issue. Some help would be appreciated.

I have done all of those things except update the Mac, but it’s not my Mac so I can’t really update it.

Is there no other possible solutions to the problem?

Pink screen happens when the computer is unable to get the shaders or graphic right - usually this has to do with the graphics card or drivers being broken or needing an update. Usually trying to force the DirectX version listed on the troubleshooting page for Stick Fight helps - but if not it’s a bigger issue with the mac.
