Quick Match Is Not Working

I Come To Quick Match, It`s Loading And Creates a Lobby,I Cant Join a Game! Please Help

I'm playing this on Xbox right now and I've been trying to join my friends for about an hour. It just randomly picks which one of us can't join the match. None of us can play all at the same time.
