Report a translation problem
- Make an exception for the game with your anti-virus, it may be removing game files.
- Update your graphic drivers
- Verify the integrity of the game files
- Run Steam as an administrator
- If you have Citrix workspace installed please disable it/get citrix uninstaller and make sure there are no files left.
Force DirectX 11 on launch:
Go to your Steam Library.
- Find the game and right-click it, then select "Properties"
- Under the General Tab, click "Set Launch Options" and a dialogue box will appear.
- Type in "-force-d3d11" (without the quotes) and click "OK"
- Close the Properties window.
