Any tips on winning a 1v1 fist fight?

Move well, utilise the shield if you can and just generally don't make yourself an easy target. It just comes down to experience really, it's not something you can exactly teach in a game like this.

the shield is hard to use during combat and i usually just block their first punch, also is spam clicking a good idea?

If you don't panic and stay rational then the shield isn't too hard to use. It can be difficult because of lag, the severs aren't great, but you can stand in one place and let them come, block at the last moment and then rush them, or you can rush them, block, block in the middle of a fight, there are a few options.

Spam clicking is basically melee. Just combine it with effective movement and you're golden.

Spam click and jump over them and hit them from behind . just jump all around and spam click is what i do and its usually pretty affective XD
