Sorry to hear that your still unable to connect after everything you tried.
Could you send the output log to wilhelm@landfall.se and we'll take a look at it?
Also, did you get an error message when trying to connect?
With regards to error messages, I get either:
A. Host time out: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1158223786
B. “No connection to host could be made, please check firewall” - I followed you sticky guide to no avail unfortunately.
Currently I've set my networking back to default (Firewall on, Windows Defender on, ports not forwarded, DMZ off etc.) but I can always try them again if you think it will help.

I have found the log file in E:\Steam\steamapps\common\StickFightTheGame\StickFight_Data\
