It becames impossible after a short while. Otherwise its pretty funny and good

It was fun but the addition of sandbox mode kind of ruined the game IMO since they give you infinite resources and you can see that its basically impossible to get past round 35 (even with like 25 sniper advanced turrets). The replayability really came from making mistakes and testing out different strategies but playing sandbox mode ruined it for me because it removed the mystery.
I only recommend defense mode. there is also a free version of this game made by the same developer (with slightly muddled graphics.

Pros- *Fun/simple hybrid gameplay of tower defense and isometric shooter
* Co-op (can play with up to 4 people and join random games if you don't have friends)
* Cash sharing options in Co-op


Cons- *Sandbox and endless mode are trash and unnecessary
* the expensive guns are relatively useless late game. they look cool but don't do much damage
(sniper is best)
* small map hinders the game (limited space to work with)
* workshop only has cosmetic mods

Tips- prioritize putting all upgrade points into pickup range, then movement speed. Use snipers on advanced auto turrets. Try to only buy things on sale. Use propane barriers and landmines late game. Use grenades earlier game. buy a chainsaw on round 2 and it will get you to round 4/5 with no need for any defense. Chainsaw is what you should run with at all times. Don't leave base mid round unless you have invisible or invulnerable power up.

This could actually be a really good game if
- Map was much larger (allowing ability to create huge bases so that you could actually make it to a high round
- Guns were balanced (sniper is $8000 and is the best gun in the game, the laser gun is $22,000 and isn't as good as the sniper
- New content was added to the game ( new barriers, new guns, new power ups, new game mechanics to add complexity to game

I give this a 7/10 for its price range.
