LOL seriously who uses the bounce XD. It's useless, anyway good work.
There's a very good chance most of us are Gal mains. That means there's a very good chance you just made a lot of people very happy with this. Thanks a lot for sharing and going over it in your video.
Not that the effort isn't appreciated, but even he himself said it's bullcrap.
Figured it out.
It works via a backwards jump (the bounce puts you into a backwards jump, so it makes sense.). So press jump then back quickly, then do the hold up, press P input.
Makes a good "Meaty" attack, for hitting enemies who dont have a wakeup move, or a pretty decent evade and counter technique.

As for the other two, I'm stumped. I actually want to put my money on F.Norris having only one secret technique, because his move set is so varied anyway, so it wouldnt really benefit him.
She could've used another filler or finisher -- her initiation game is actually pretty good as it is -- but this still gives her a tool she didn't have.
A couple tips:
- The easiest way to hit your timing is wait until Gal enters her landing animation and bends her knees a bit; this gives you a reliable visual cue.
- You have a small window where you can enter a backward jump from a neutral jump. Use this when you're actively planning to execute the move, to guarantee you don't accidentally execute a forward jump.

Aside: Good lord, this game is designed well. You gotta give this guy credit for planning for damn near everything.
My impression is it's more like Diagonal backward/down, diagonal forward/up + S. It's his a spinning grab and can be done anytime at the cost of health of course if SP is empty.
No need for pressing F,F although you can mash the opposite direction to redirect the shadow uppercut, hitting enemies behind you.
