So why should I beat Hardest Mode Solo?
Yup, just a dumb question.

If anyone can tell me what the add-on item you get for beating the game on Hardest by yourself. It should be the one between CPU helpers and Easy Mode.

Update:
I don't want to sound rude but... The question here has been answered by rusty. It's nice that you all are giving advice, but you know. I already got what I wanted to know.

It really is getting to the point I want to see Seba implement buying any costume regardless so people will stop whining about not being able to get furry Gal. 'Nuff said.

Whining people got checkpoints in latest patch, which made Hardest much much easier... yet they're still demanding cheesecake... :zote: :zote: :zote:

Hmmm who knows? maybe you are right but honestly I'm just considering what you are saying and it just doesn't work out with how it played out when I tried, I mean like throwing that's a basic concept I used throughout the game to clear enemies away from me but on hardest I get two hit's in and they are already behind me so it just doesn't sound right to what happened to me in hardest.

If anything what hardest mode truly ask's of you is to learn the frames of each individual enemy and parry every one of their attack's but that's practically impossible with rat's and pugi cat's because the frames for their attacks are way too quick and doing it after getting hit is hard because of the hit stop screwing with the rythm of timing, frankly all this stuff just goes into pro territory as it ask's you have an understanding of that kind of stuff and the skill to pull it off all in one not everyone is a pro and just because one person can do something doesn't mean another person can, it's balanced up until you get to hardest to be hard but fair as long as you use everything but hardest just want's you to parry and SP as much as possible where parry is a commodity that is "supposed" to be rare as parrying isn't made easy at all.

LEARN HOW TO CONTROL WAKE-UP'S, AND USE JUMP'S, DASHES AND SIDESTEPS. :D

As for throws, I presume you are playing Gal, try to use a Jump D+A to stun, then either target throw combo or dash into them to grab, then throw. Try to stay mobile.

If anything, Unfair mode demands you learn how each enemies attacks work, Insane is coping with megagroups, Hardest is a introduction to the "Aggressive" AI, with the same enemy layout as the other difficulty levels, and Hard is just normal but with more HP on enemies.

It really is getting to the point I want to see Seba implement buying any costume regardless so people will stop whining about not being able to get furry Gal. 'Nuff said.

I did -_- how do you think I even beat hard (which wasn't just normal with more health enemies were more aggresive there too just you now in a fair way) but when an enemy attack's instantly you can press down, down all ya like, it's not gonna work out for you, I will ask by wake up's do you mean like on fighting games where from the floor you can use ryu's uppercut as you get up? if so that's a terrible idea because it leaves you vulnerable to all the other enemies you didn't hit who will just come behind you and jab you to death, yeah sure dash into their punch you mean, dash attack's are fine mind you as they can't counter that if you keep the right distance, jumps are fine on basic enemies but the mu tai sagat birds and monkeys will just severely punish you for it and enemies are so fast their behind you in a flash which is why staying mobile although obvious still doesn't work very well.

Look, it's not like we are saying do it for all costumes, heck the score attack is apparently hard as heck now but at least it's possible as long as people use possible tactics such as hitting an enemy a few times before a big combo to guarentee the 500 point kill, all we are asking is that for the hardest mode is that the stuff is purchasable for an extremely high currency (so we still have to work for it which is only fair) and that people who beat hardest should get it for free as a bonus perk along with the achievement and possibly a crown/star above the costume to show you got it legit and show off, it means no one is cut out from the content on a mode that sure maybe you can personally beat, heck I understand the mechanics enough that I'm pretty sure that I could probably beat it but I've gamed all my life so I get that kind of perk, not everyone is going to be able to beat hardest, in fact some people will get downright p1553d off at it and that will give an amazing game a bad rep, that's all I'm trying to say here.

I really want this game to do well and speaking objectively I can even say that mode is perfect for pro's and the rest of the game is perfect for everyone else who put's the effort in and that's great but remember not everyone is a pro.

What you get for beating the game solo on Hardest difficulty is not worth it if you ask me. You get that "Forever Alone" mode where you get to do arcade mode and control all the characters at once. We need to be rewarded more for beating these hard modes...all we get are some costumes that also may not even be worth it.

I love the game but I hate how so many of the unlocks are behind a difficulty wall that is too painful to deal with.
