Multiplayer doesn´t work. Online doesn´t work. How I can play in multiplayer with friends.

Them tagging it "online multiplayer" is a little disingenous. It's possible to do it, but it takes some work. One player will have to set up their Dosbox as host and the others as client, and they'll have to connect directly to your IP address. No online servers or server browser, and really no way to find other players unless they've shared their IP address with you.

I can see a lot of effort went into the remake of this game.

It doesn't say its a remake anywhere... its merely the same 20 year old game that was made compatible with modern computers at best... so their would have been only a minimum amount of work put in it, so expecting a modern multiplayer is ridiculous.
