how do you feed the CInnasnail for the slow your roll quest?? I've tried feeding it chocolate but it doesnt make off as feeding it

You have to use the Lunchpad, Then place the Snaktrap on it. Aim it at the Cinnasnail, Then launch it until you can catch it, Then use the Snakgrappler to grapple the Snaktrap
