* Getting to the DESERT!

I've got objectives and characters telling me to go to the Desert, but cannot figure out how to get there - even with YouTube videos and walk-throughs! Help!!

Just as you have to retrieve, interview and then talk to Snorpy to get the boiling bay open, you have to retrieve, interview and then talk to Chadlo to open the Sizzlin 'Sands. He will then wait where Cromdo was and repair the bridge to give you access.

There is an easier way, you just need Boiling Bay open.
in the cave you can find 4 coconut statues, do the ones in order of straws, 1 - 4 and open a gateway to sizzlin sands. there.

Quest is calling for Bopsickles, but I CANNOT access SugarPine woods!!!
To access Sugarpine Woods, you'll first need to convince Wiggle, Gramble, and Triffany to come back to Snaxburg. Once you've done that, talk to Filbo and complete the story event - this will unlock Sugarpine Woods for exploration!

But having completed all of this and the quests before it does nothing and now I'm stuck!
