Why Is Bunger Royals cheese white?

Probably Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese.

Could even be swiss, provolone, white cheddar, apparently there even is a white American cheese, etc. Lots of options, but it really for a distinct appearance to set it apart from the other bungers.

Royale could also mean more expensive and exotic ingredients than the other bungers, which really opens up the cheese options.

Cooper brand sharp white american cheese comes in a block and you can get it sliced at the deli/cheese counter, it is extremely good american cheese, more popular on the east coast perhaps. That said, that is not why the Bunger Royale has white cheese.
