Plane stuck in platform

Hi, i have a light plane Curtiss Robin stuck in a platform. Is all the services provided but can´t dispatch because a letter tells me the runway is not adapted to that type of airplane. I tryed a lot of solutions but nothing happens. Anyone can help me?

you should be able to click on it and have the option to "terminate it"
