You can only plant 500 on your own farm, but if someone visits your farm, they can plant up to 1,000. If you visit someone else's farm, you can also plant up to 1,000 on their farm. That is how events work, visitors can double the amount of the event crops.
The fourth reward is a Roomba, you'll find it in the shop inside a house.
The first reward is a fence; if you open your shop after unlocking a new item, there is a red exclamation mark on the tab where the new item is located, and another on the item itself. The exclamation marks disappear after you hover over the item. The second and fifth items of this event are found under Customization in the main menu, and the fourth is a thing you can only see in the shop while you're inside a house.
As a new player, you should try and visit open farms (like mine) in order to finish events. Some of them will have lots of event crops for you to harvest. Just make sure you replant them before you move on, that's just good manners. And remember that while you can only plant 500 on your own farm, you can plant up to 1,000 on someone else's farm. You use that farm's resources to plant, so you don't have to worry about running out of money on your own farm.
I hope this helps :)
