Feeding Animals

For the love of Pete, please give us the option to feed our animals by the hour. If one regular feeding costs 5oo, then for an hour maybe 2000....something kind of like that. I'm at the point where my farm is getting very big and having to drop what I'm doing to feed a butt-ton of animals is a real pain in the♥♥♥♥♥ Yes, I realize there are animal feeders, but at this stage of the game, there are higher priority items to be using ribbons on. I strongly agree and do not like this either, especially for quests as animals take the longest...

I hate animals in this game. Feed them once should be enough in a game. Because if you forget to feed them there you have to wait longer.

I have no problem with having to feed the animals, It just shouldn't be anymore than once an hour...maybe once every 2hrs if you've bought a feeder.

I agree as well. The only reason I get them is for completing quests, and I can't complete the requests timely unless I keep logging in multiple times per hour to feed them more.

The animal feeder seems unbalanced when you compare it with what a sprinkler is capable of for
1/4th the cost and a 1/2 in reduction to crop growth time.

Feeders could do with a similar buff maybe not reducing their harvest time but instead reducing the total number of times the animals needed to be fed. Stack up to 4 for 1 group of animals and it would cover their feed timers while offline too.

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but why don't you use your farm hands to look after your animals, I find that to be the best use for the 15 helpers you are allowed. Farm hands will feed animals as required and collect whatever is produced, so you're actually getting two for one. I have dozens of every animal and never have to look after one of them myself, Please visit my farm if you want to see an example although there are probably lots better than mine.

Never thot of using farm hands. I'm kind of hands on and prefer to do things myself, but I may look into it.

I agree. Having to feed the animals so often is a pain. It's the only thing I use farm hands for.

They are also painfully expensive to feed depending on what breeds you got. Ouch

but when you harvest them... they also pay decently.
So yeah early on, it's indeed not that easy, but once rolling... easy peasy.
