Sprinklers not working

Anyone else having problems with sprinklers not watering flowers?

I have around 2000 sprinklers in my farm, they are alright.
1. Sprinkler only water the 2 adjacent titles next to it, not 4 titles.
2. Each sprinkler cost 1 ribbon to buy. Make sure it's a sprinkler.

All others are fine, been fine previously :-( I'm not sure if it's linked to the location but they are placed to the bottom right on the map (latest farm expansion). I've got them placed in a C shape, garden around a farm house, placed between every 2 tiles and for some reason not working :-( I don't harvest them that often so not sure if it's something to do with the last event (possible bug) or due to the event ending.

Sprinklers work all year round, including flowers. Flowers are different from crops. If the flowers are watered, the yield increases when harvesting, which does not shorten the growing time. When there is frost, the sprinklers also water the flowers, but this has no effect as with the crops.

I've just done a recheck and the sprinklers are now working again. The watering level was down to zero water and sprinklers wasn't working... For some strange reason they are now working.
