Cross Platform Multiplayer

Hi, the wiki (https://farmtogether.fandom.com/wiki/Multiplayer) says cross cross platform multiplayer isn't available whereas the steam store page advertises it as such.

Which is correct?

Will my kids be able to split screen on XBox one and connect to my farm on my PC along with my wife on the other PC?

Note: I've seen - https://steamcommunity.com/app/673950/discussions/0/1796278072832566305/#c1841314700704308225 where it was said it's not possible but this post is nearly a year old and I'd still like clarification on why steam is advertising it as cross platform if it isn't.

Then Cross platform multiplayer should be removed from the steam page ...
It was one of the reasons I bought it .... :(

I seem to remember hearing that "cross platform" in this game's case means that PC, Mac, and Linux players can play together, or something along those lines. Not cross platform with consoles.
