Problem visiting friends farm

Hello, i cant visit my friends farm, we both have updated the game but the error says we dont have the permission to visit the others farm? We can visit some strangers farms but not each other.

check to see if your farms are set to private or public
the setting can be changed in the menu when you select your farm to open.
permission info is in the How to Play menu
also apply the Favouite option so that those farms will be seen in your Farm List

You can also join friends through the Steam menus

Hey, thanks for your answer but we already checked that, we both have our farms on public and stuff. We were able to visit each other yesterday/the days before and we dont know what changed overnight.

Hello,

The "Not allowed" error may happen if you or your friend are logged off in Steam friends, so please check that.

Hey, its still not working.
We have:
Updated the game,
both farms are set to public,
we are friends in steam,
we are both set to online in steam,
we both have set the other ones farm to our favourites and joining over rightclick and "join game"-option in friends menu doesnt work either.

What do you mean by logged off in steam friends? We are (as mentioned over this) both set to online if that is what you mean?
And i just found out i cant visit anyones farm. And i didnt change anything?

if you and ur friend are on same network cheack ur fire wall setting i had the same prob

I was able to visit her yesterday and nothing (not that i know) changed. We are not living in the same household so i dont think we are on the same network?

Please post the log file after an unsuccesful attempt so we can take a look, maybe there's more information there.

Log file: If you are having issues, there is a log file located on C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Milkstone Studios\FarmTogether\output_log.txt . It may be of help to pinpoint the issue.

I dont know what changed overnight, but she can visit me again and i'll try if i can visit her again now.
