What does the energy bar do?
Whats the thunderbolt mean when you fill it up from doing stuff in other farms and then going back to your own, what does it do?

I think we should clarify that the xp boost is for harvesting only. You don't get a boost for planting, so it's not for "everything you do". It took me a little while to learn that. :)
