Move/delete multiple objects

I'm a little bit confused, some say we cannot move/delete multiple objects at once, some say we can.
So if it is possible if we can move/delete multiple things, how can I do it ?

You can move multiple objects (up to 8) by pressing the move key on each object you want to move. You then place each object you selected with left click / interact in the same order you marked them for moving.

You cannot delete multiple objects currently.

Gonna add my thanks here, I was running from one side of my farm to the other all day :'D

I realize this post is older, but there was no mention of this: If the item you want to move is a crop you must first plow the area you're going to move it TO, THEN you go to the crop you want to move, stand on it, press Z and do the same for each spot you want to move. Once you've done this, then you can go to the plowed area you want to place them in and it will work. If you don't first prepare the spot it won't allow you to place them on the grass or harvested tiles, they must be plowed tiles. If it's an item such as a tree, outhouse, well or etc, then you can move them by just placing them down on the spot you choose, WITHOUT plowing. Good luck!

You can now move up to FIFTY units at a time. It's great. When I first started playing this game, it was only one at a time. Nice.

i was just going to say its 50 you can move at any time ... and delete press X for a bit till you get the little red lines and then move and hit X on the next and so on ... then click your mouse and all gone.
