Remove rocks?
Is there a way to remove the annoying rocks that are on my newly purchased land?

Nope. Cannot move or destroy the rocks.
They're not going to.

I find the earth fissures much worse, because they destroy large areas, second comes then the extremely useful stone landscape.

As this is more a garden game with decorative elements and farm work, nothing will change in the future for the prefabricated landscape. Even if so many players ask for it.

I really hope this designmess don't stay forever. The holes need to be undone/changed to usable farmland. Or at least change it in decotrees, that I don't need to extra hide behind other trees.

Changing the landscape is a very complex and hard to code feature. Removing rocks on the other hand would be far more trivial to code. So I wouldn't say their answer applies here.

The devs gave us the flat landscape choice, for those of us who dislike obstructions. I make new farms with the flat landscape and find it so much easier to manage. My original, obstructions farm, is level 150, but I hardly ever play it anymore. I like to plan my farm in sections, and find the flat farm so much easier for this.

Now if only I could build bridge above thoses I would be more than happy. I can't remember how many time I ended up stuck into one with a bunch of trees hidding both my character and the fissure.
And when surrounded by water they look completly out of place (at least rocks blend nicely with water).

why not put that tool shed to use and add a picaxe and shovel you half to purchase the picaxe gets rid of the stone/rock and the shovel lets you lvl the land.... I honestly don't think they should remove them just give a option to work to remove them sigh...

I wanted to try something so I followed a guide on adding some different terrain to a flat terrain map. It's the only workaround at the moment if you don't want to have a complete flat terrain.

Make the farm you want. ;)

yep that's the guide I followed!! It worked wonderfully and all I hope is that I can be creative enough with the terrain I added! :)
