Will there be Romance options?

Romance? It's a farming game. It would be cool if there were NPC farms you could visit who gave quests like harvesting a field for them, but the name of the game is Farm Together, I'm sure you could meet new friends who could use the farming help if you check the public farms.

Nope they aren't adding a town or NPCs, it is a multiplayer game. Play with other people.

If you want NPC romance options stick with Stardew Valley and My Time At Portia.

What, there is no romance in Farm Together? This is a farming simulation game! Romance and marriage are extremely important, extremely loved and extremely crucial features in farming simulation games! Can a farming simulation game even really be called a farming simulation game without romance and marriage?
