Report a translation problem
I don't think it is an issue with the hitboxes, instead it is how the camera changes pitch when you move the mouse and how the jet banks. It is sort of disorienting to be tilted and so it is difficult to tell where the jet is.
I wonder if the hitboxes are just that, boxes, although with the way the ships are designed I don't think they need to be perfect, but that would be nice for sharper turns and closer calls.
I like the idea of resetting, gives a sense of accomplishment when you beat your highscore. Having lives wouldn't make much sense in this concept as you could just damage boost your way through a difficult section.
This reminds me of a game called metro siberia, great atmosphere and soundtrack. Check the game out for some inspiration if you need any. GL DEVS!
the crash detection doesn't seem off at all for me...I went through a few walls, I think the game stopped caring. lol yep, perfect crash detection.
Well I just meant when I did crash it made sense, not gonna complain when a glitch helps me get farther tho.
