Hi everyone,

If you have any issues running the game (such as black screens, no sound, etc), we are very sorry! Please email us at [e-mail], and include the Catobyte.zip file:

If using Windows:

• Right click on this folder: C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/LocalLow/Catobyte, and click "Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder".
  
• Please attach the Catobyte.zip file to an email and send it to us at [e-mail].

(If you can't find this folder, you might need to Show Hidden Files in Windows. To do this, follow this guide: Showing Hidden Files in Windows[support.microsoft.com])

If using Mac:

• Open Finder, then press command + shift + G.
  
• Type in ~/Library/Logs/, and then press return.
  
• You should see a folder named "Catobyte". Right-click on this folder, then select Compress "Catobyte". A file called Catobyte.zip will be created below the folder.

Just to not let your hopes down :D — carrot is 100% retrievable! I really don't want to ruin your fun getting it on your own, but I'll leave 3 tips, hover/tap to reveal spoilers:

Tip #1 (pretty vague):
Some ceilings, walls, etc only appear to be fixed in place and can be pushed by bumping into them

Tip #2 (not as vague):
Search for the pushable wall between the water pool where your burning hotdog ends up and the red swinging platform

Tip #3 (pretty much telling where it is)
The wall that you need to bump into is grey and is located to the left of the lower position of the red platform that is rapidly going up and down.

Hey! Little bit of an exploit that could use a fix. If you are playing coop and you have your friend grab your legs so that his head is basically right above your feet then if you spam jump you can just fly around the map. Just letting ya'll know!

Hello, my problem is that I can't change most of my settings (language, sound, graphics), I can only change controls which is helpful, but still the game doesn't allow me to change any of other settings.

I'm playing on Mac and using Mulptile brand new PS5 controllers through Bluetooth. The grab button is super finicky no matter what button I map it to. Sometimes I press it, and nothing happens. Sometimes I hold it, but it only grabs for a second. Sometimes I press the button and let go, but I'm still grabbing. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
