Hi Silkmomo,

To connect to a friend online, go to the "Co-op Story" menu. Then press down to get to the "Online" button[i.imgur.com], and then select this button. This will open your Steam friends list, where you can invite a friend.

you can get away by using Steam Remote Play so that you have to buy the game only once

but then you'll need to use different controls; ideally, either you or your friend needs to have a controller, or both of you, but if you don't you can use different keys on the keyboard (you can use whatever keys you want, you can configure them)

if you both buy the game you can play it using built-in online capabilities, but that will produce a TON of glitches (like teleporting, unreasonable forces out of nowhere, etc, maybe your fps would get locked to 12), so you're really better off just using remote play
