It takes WAY TOO LONG to use tobacco

ok while using tobacco its longer than it should be in making cigs but its okay because its easy to hide it but when i try to make hookah ı tried to make it for 2 whole night still doesnt work please help and while watching videos ı realised less particles come out of tobacco
