Your videocard drivers does not have OpenGL 3.0 support. Please try update them.
We cannot "fix" it. To run the game you need OpenGL 3.0. Its our game engine requirement.
I am sure update must solve the problem. If not, you can request a refund.

Well, that's a 2011 technology so, pretty old for current games, I'd say.
Here's a discussion about the graphics card and OpenGL 3.3 on intel forums:https://communities.intel.com/thread/98040. The discussion itself is already 2 years old. :)
I did check the system requirements and since it said 3.0 and I (as all Intel 3000 users on Windows) have 3.1 I assumed it will work. If at some point you started using OpenGL 3.3 methods and have no plans to remove them, you should update the requirements.
