I used to play this a lot and loved it. I'd like to play it again but there doesn't seem to be a tutorial or anything to remind me what to do. Between that and the scroll speed, I'm *almost* regretting the money spent.

unfortunately there isnt a tutorial in the game, but dont hesitate to ask if you want to know something about the gameplay.

If you click and hold the right mouse button you can scroll slowly.

I agree, I don't understand what the requirements are for unlocking new buses and trains.

the new vehicles are unlocked with the time stamps, every Januar of new year.
In the campaign there are vehicles that cannot be unlocked.
You can edit the cfg files to circumvent this.
