not loading

Seems to a crash as i cant get onto either desktop or mobile version. I will get the first picture on the desktop but goes straight to a blank screen, i can see my mouse but nothing happens.
The mobile one comes up with 'Error 1101 Worker threw exception' what ever that means.

same i try to open game for 3 seconds its normal loading and later is white screen
