Saved resources disappeared

I`ve been on this game all day and there as been two updates were it as told me that the game needs to restart, after the first restart it showed a picture of a face in the top right of the screen so i clicked on it to find that it was rewards for completing certain things in the game all good got a big stash out of it for simple tasks, then about 3 to 4 hours later the same thing happened but this time it took everything away even all the resources that i had saved up before all this took place, does anyone know whats going on or how i can at least get my original resources back. Thanks

I keep getting "unknown error: 1040" = every-time I give movement orders. Haven't noticed any lost resources, but had an enemy unit pop up in the middle of controlled area in a Province that had 75 morale. ... And NOW Call To War II will not load. Only Steam Game that will NOT load.

I'm getting white screen of death on launch and it just doesn't load.
