Heal and Repair and new building

i wish there was a way that the unit will be heal back and tanks get back repair and if there was a way of rank that after many war the unit fight its power will increase by ranking up and you have to heal or fix the unit for you not to lose it that will be really awesome and for building if you need to build hospital to heal your soldier and a tank garage to fix the tank back and a hangar to fix airplanes and dock to fix your ships and new building to help defend at the beach against ships
