Well yeah it does reminds HOI but its more war game than simulator wich HOI devs tried to make.
The main diffrence between HOI and other similar games to this one is that what in Call Of War one game/map can take more than a real life week or months... My logest gameplay took about 6months we started game with more than 100 players and we ended only 4.
Call of War is the sequel of Supremacy 1914. As you already mentioned correctly: Including WW2 topic and better graphics.
So its less complex - at the same time much more open and every match will play differently.
Hoi4 is on sale now, better get it before it ends!
