Should I buy this game?

Hi! I was just browsing the store and saw this game. But before I buy it I wanted to make sure it has the features that would allow me to enjoy it.

1. Does it allow you to customize and/or rename students?
2. Does it allow you to customize and/or rename teachers?
3. Is it similar to the old game called School Tycoon?

Hello, I have 5 hours so far and recently picked it up. It does allow you to pick from 10 student uniforms and you can rename students. I have not found a feature customize any students/teachers beyond that. Teachers can be renamed too and are recruited from a pool. You are pretty flexible in who teaches what and better teachers can be recruited in time. You can pick from 7 Principals that have different traits. You can rename all other staff too. Not sure about the School Tycoon but the closest game I have to this one is prison architect which has the same art style.
Overall, I think the game is fun. I just completed the first school year and am looking forward to completing the next year.
