A hunting game is not a target range or wave shooter. When you hunt you go out and track your game and then wait to get close and then kill it. Any hunting game in VR needs a free roam aspect otherwise it is trash at best. With the Unreal engine it should be pretty easy to build a nice looking fun free roaming hunting game. So devs go do that instead. Please. And you will surely have my money. Island 359 is a good blue print for an idea. That is free roam and you get to hunt some dinosaurs. Look at theHunter: Primal and theHunter: Call of the Wild to get some ideas. Easy peasy.
