Iron Ore in Korea

Can somebody tell me the location of Iron Ore and Gunpowder in South Korea? I cant get out to Japan because i cant produce Steel becauce i dont have Iron Ore.

Both aren't in South Korea.
Iron Ore you gotta look north.
Gunpowder is in the (south-)east.

I have explored North Korea and i cant get to China because the city required is on the other side and needs ressources i dont have. Going North i thought would be logical collecting the iron ore there and then getting the Gunpowder in Japan or something. Dou you need to use rail to get to the Iron Ore?

China is not the key for a very long time actually. That iron ore mine is not reachable via train. Is it roadblocked for you needing steel? I can´t remember... too long ago

The problem is you go from South Korea to Japan but you need Steel for that Steel is in Seoul but there is no Iron Ore. And i cant Import anything because i cant finish the harbor with the current industries.

The iron ore is in the North part of North Korea. right on the border of China. You should be heading through NK at this point.

I finally found it there was one very tiny red circle there hiding the iron mine thank you all for youre responses. I was just blind.

Another Question i have now is the contract trigger for the route to Nagasaki it seems to be pointing at Saga do i have to complete that city to trigger the contract? Just driving there does not seem to work

I'm not sure where exactly you are now.
There should be a contract in SK to open a ferry route to japan. To send your trucks on that route, they need floties from the truck depot. The ferry route should let you go to Osaka (or around Osaka). From there you can start exploring Japan via land routes.

btw: i highly recommend joining the Logistical discord. There is a earth help channel, where you can ask all those questions and usually receive answers faster than here in the forum. Give it a thought :)

Saga is an airfield. There is a contract to complete it so you can connect japanese railroads to South Korea through Nagasaki (there are no connections to towns/businesses in Nagasaki itself). Yes, you need to complete it as with all other contracts that unlock roads.
