how can i import goods to taiwn?

i have open the port, but i can't import goods from the port to the land.

You need to complete an airport there. Use port to land some trucks, explore, repair and solve what you can till you make it to the airport. At the same time start working with planes to complete at least 3 resources so that direct truck access appears or use trains to deliver resources to completed towns so that trucks can take it from there. Initially you will be able to deliver only resources that you completed in airport but after you finish all requirements you will be able to build any storage you want so will be able to deliver whatever you need.

I don't remember if there is an airfield on the island, if there is, use trains to complete at least one resource in them, build storage to unlock plane access to it and use planes there too.

You must open the AIRPORT in northern Taiwan. An that is a LOT of work.

Just send a plane to Taiwan. The only point where it can land is the airport. There is one airport in most if not all countries and it has the name of the country. I don't remember anything special about finding them other than that you have to use planes or trains, not trucks.

What was special is that you need to complete three resources in it to connect it to road network so that trucks can access it.

Even if I use a plane, there is no points in Taiwan to send the plane to :-( can't understand what I'm missing

Try trains then. I remember I unlocked all airports as soon as I got the first plane but maybe it was changed later when the game was updated. There is a place where you can buy trains in Taiwan and airport has connection to railroad. Taiwan airport is in the north part, train station is in the south part.
