Bottles / Glassworks in Germany?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'd swear I have explored every tiny road in Germany that I can get to, but still can't find bottles OR glassworks. Is this a "Come back after you open up a port" situation, or am I just missing a tiny road somewhere?

Yeah, I've explored all of Denmark that I can see up to Aalborg. Remaining roads require rock, clay, bricks, dynamite, asphalt, limestone, or oil, none of which I have access to yet.

Real talk: i HATE the display bug where you have to 'refresh' the map to see the exploration circles while dragging.

EDIT EDIT: I have not installed floaties on my truck, so I guess that's one possibility.

There are Clay and Bricks in Germany. Rock and Oil are further north from Denmark.

Found it. The issue was indeed that I didn't have floaties. Fixing that allowed me to explore more.
