I see you. Could you send us your crash log file to bugs@rebeliagames.com so we can check out this issue? You can find it in the directory:
C:\ Users \ [account_name] \ AppData \ Local \
Then go into the game's folder and look for logs. Please send us these files and we'll do our best to help - it will be equivalent to an autopsy, but the one we can actually fix. Once again, I'm sorry for your inconvenience and I hope you'll be having a blast in the Junkyard in no time.
This accomplishes nothing because if the bug only affects you then how will anyone know its fixed when they release an update?
Then I suggest you think the next time you want to buy into a early access game.
And you are the reason Steam has a 2 hour policy for so you can't keep doing this.
It's his choice at the end of the day and Steam's refund policy isn't that good. Many problem can be encountered at higher levels after a days play on games that were not issued as Early Access (Eg Gas Station Simulator). I just think it's a shame in this case that he didn't give the devs a chance since this is an early access game.
That is my point.. just another person to buy into a ea game then complain and demand a refund.
Telling someone to think before buying an early access game is just a stupid argument how was he to know this game would crash harder than the titanic into the iceberg? it's not his fault but the fault of the devs they should've caught the issues before releasing the game.
Everybody knows there is a risk of bugs and stuff when buying an early access game but the bugs and crashes related in this game were game-breaking and just beyond ridiculous, I personally couldn't even load into the game before it crashed to desktop I ended up refunding myself after I tried all of the fixes they suggested.
The issue is... He wants to REFUND the game.. and then rebuy it later? Well you may have to factor cost increases? Even more bugs? Even more risk?
Why? Just keep the game, uninstall, move on and come back later?
Shush child.. grown ups are talking.
